AMARANTH – RED GARNET
Attractive fuchsia stems and leaves. Mild earthy flavor similar to beets, with a bright color.

Also known as Japanese Parsley, the flavor of this unique herb is often difficult to describe. Subtle, a bit nutty, with notes of parsley, chervil, and celery leaf.
PEA TENDRILS

PEPPERCRESS
Also known as Peppergrass or Garden Cress, this spicy herb is similar in flavor to Watercress. Its assertive flavor pairs well with milder greens like Bibb lettuce, and Peppercress also pairs nicely with fish dishes.
